Soothing
A gentle blend for everyday aches and pains, add to the bath or wear on the chest area. This blend may also be added to base cream (16 drops to 100 grams) to make a soothing cream, applying to the hands as required. It can also be diluted with carrier oils to make body blends, 5 drops to 10 ml.
A Blend of Pure Essential Oils of ~
Lavender, Lemon and Marjoram in grapeseed and jojoba
These blends are adult blends for use on the pulse points of the body and may be diluted into carrier oils for massage 25 drops into 50ml of carrier. The blends may also be added to Aromastones, diffusers, room sprays and by putting 10 to 12 drops into your bath.
